Launch of EU-supported project for organising EPAC/EACN Annual Conferences
The Special Investigation Service (STT) has launched the implementation of the project “EPAC/EACN Conferences for Strengthening the Fight Against Corruption and Protection of EU Financial Interests” (EPAC-PROTECT), funded by the European Union.
The aim of the EPAC-PROTECT project is to strengthen the fight against corruption and enhance the protection of the European Union’s financial interests by fostering strategic dialogue, professional cooperation, and the exchange of best practices among anti-corruption institutions across Europe.
Within the framework of the project, two annual EPAC/EACN professional conferences will be organised in 2026 and 2027. These high-level events will bring together practitioners and decision-makers from 127 institutions and organisations, providing a platform for peer learning, policy dialogue, and reinforcing a shared commitment to integrity, transparency, and accountability.
The duration of the project is 24 months (Project No. 101255995).
The total budget of the project amounts to EUR 108,334, of which 80% is funded by the European Union and 20% is co-financed by the Special Investigation Service (STT).
