Introduction to the EPAC/EACN Contact Catalogue

The EPAC/EACN Contact Catalogue provides a comprehensive overview of the authorities participating in the European Partners against Corruption (EPAC) and the European contact-point network against corruption (EACN).

The catalogue is designed as a practical reference tool to facilitate communication, cooperation and the exchange of expertise across the networks. It brings together key institutional and contact information on EPAC/EACN members and observers, including their organisational status, leadership and points of contact, areas of responsibility, main powers and functions, institutional competencies, and relevant contact details.

By providing this information in one accessible resource, the catalogue aims to make it easier for partner authorities to identify relevant counterparts, establish direct contacts and strengthen cross-border cooperation in the fields of anti-corruption, integrity and police oversight.

Keeping the Catalogue up to date

The information contained in this edition is based on data voluntarily provided by EPAC/EACN member and observer authorities in 2026. As institutional structures, responsibilities, leadership and contact details may change, member and observer authorities are encouraged to inform the EPAC/EACN Secretariat of any updates, corrections or other relevant changes to their catalogue entries.

Institutions interested in joining EPAC, obtaining observer status, or seeking further information on participation in EPAC/EACN are also invited to contact the Secretariat. Applications for new EPAC members and observers are considered by the EPAC/EACN General Assembly. For EACN, participation is based on the designation of competent anti-corruption authorities by EU Member States in accordance with Council Decision 2008/852/JHA.
