On 12 February 2026, the EPAC/EACN Board gathered for its first meeting of the year in Vilnius, Lithuania. The meeting was hosted by the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Lithuania (STT) and chaired by EPAC/EACN President Linas Pernavas.

Bringing together the Vice-Presidents and Deputy Vice-Presidents representing both anti-corruption authorities and police oversight bodies, the Board addressed key strategic matters that will shape the direction of the EPAC/EACN over the coming two years.

“Today’s decisions clearly show that EPAC/EACN is a strong and active European network. We are deepening professional cooperation, strengthening practical knowledge exchange and reinforcing our common efforts to combat corruption and protect EU financial interests. Our collective commitment is what gives real impact to this Network” said Linas Pernavas, President of the EPAC/EACN.

A central outcome of the meeting was the approval of the EPAC/EACN Work Programme for 2026–2027. The Programme sets out a balanced approach focused on continuity, institutional stability and forward-looking development.

The Board endorsed a structured reflection process to assess how EPAC/EACN functions and to gather feedback from members and external partners. This process will ensure that the Network remains fit for purpose, well-governed, and can adapt to changing situation.
